However, the final decision to accept or reject an application is made exclusively by the colleges and universities. Admission decisions are entirely at the discretion of the respective admissions departments, and we have no influence over their outcomes. Students are required to submit their documents directly to the colleges and universities. As a policy, we do not collect any documents or handle any information on behalf of our partner institutions.
